By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

We sell medical-grade plasters and bandages for humans and animals. All products are dermatologically tested and safe when used as instructed.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in SGD and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel orders in case of errors.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days within Singapore. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

 

5. Returns

We accept returns only for defective/damaged items (not for hygiene reasons). For full policy, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and trademarks are the property of AxoPatch and may not be reused without permission.

 

7. Liability

AxoPatch is not liable for misuse of products, allergic reactions, or delays in delivery once in transit.
