Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2025
We want you to love your AxoPatch products! If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for:
    •    Defective items
    •    Damaged products upon arrival
    •    Wrong item delivered

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
    •    Used or opened products
    •    Bandages/plasters once packaging is opened
    •    Sale items unless defective

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. How to Request a Return

Email hello@axopatchsg.com with your:
    •    Order number
    •    Photo(s) of defect or damage
    •    Brief description

If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
